Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services, games, promotional offers, and features made available through the 33db website and any associated mobile interfaces. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use 33db, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your membership. 33db reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these criteria.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing bets on 33db.
• You must register only one account per person. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false details is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party, or using another person's payment method to fund your account without their explicit written consent.
• You must not have previously had an account closed for fraudulent activity, terms violations, or chargebacks on 33db or any associated platform.

33db is an adult-only platform. We take age verification seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is under 21, we will immediately suspend the account pending verification. Any winnings accumulated during a suspended review period may be voided.

Account Management & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 33db account login credentials. All activities carried out under your account are your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

33db operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations and to protect the integrity of the platform. You may be requested to submit identity documents at any time. Accepted documents typically include:

• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).

Account Closure & Termination

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. 33db reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, terms violations, chargebacks, or abusive behaviour toward staff or other users.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on 33db are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The following policies govern how deposits and withdrawals are processed on the platform.

Deposit Policy

33db supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and major Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within minutes of confirmation. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 33db does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or foreign currencies other than BDT.
• Failed deposits due to incorrect reference numbers or network errors must be reported to support within 24 hours for investigation.
• 33db reserves the right to impose individual deposit limits as part of responsible gaming measures without prior notice.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC clearance. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard processing time is within 24 hours on business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed full KYC verification, including identity and payment source confirmation.
• Any withdrawal request may be held for a security review period of up to 48 hours if unusual activity is detected.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Only real-money balances may be withdrawn.

33db does not charge internal processing fees on withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank) may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside 33db's control.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

33db offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns to both new and existing players, including a welcome bonus on first deposit, reload bonuses, and cricket season promotions during BPL and IPL tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Terms

The following conditions apply to all bonuses offered by 33db, unless a specific promotion's individual terms explicitly state otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are valid for a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account after this period.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per user, per household address, per shared device, and per shared payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus constitute fraud.
• 33db reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice if evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical errors is identified.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on 33db are governed by the individual rules of each game or sport. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game or market before placing a wager. 33db accepts no liability for losses arising from a user's failure to understand applicable game or betting rules.

Cricket Betting Markets

33db provides extensive cricket betting coverage including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series featuring the Bangladesh Tigers. The following rules apply specifically to cricket markets:

• Bets placed on matches that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body will be settled at the refund rate (stake returned) unless specific in-play rules apply.
• In-play (live) bets are final once accepted by the system. 33db bears no responsibility for bets placed on incorrect odds caused by data feed delays or obvious pricing errors.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per market are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may be adjusted without notice, particularly during high-volume events such as BPL finals or T20 World Cup knockout stages.
• Winnings from settled cricket bets are credited to your account balance within 30 minutes of the official result being confirmed by the governing body.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 33db and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds: match fixing or collusion with other users; use of automated betting scripts, bots, or software exploits; deliberate exploitation of system errors, bonus loopholes, or technical glitches; providing false identity or payment information; money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity; harassment or abusive conduct directed at 33db staff or other users. 33db actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct and reserves the right to act without prior warning.

Responsible Gaming & Privacy

Amendments to These Terms

33db reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon being published on this page. We will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notification, but it remains your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 33db platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of 33db or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Formal Dispute Process
